摘要
为提高农民征地补偿满意度,改善征地补偿政策提供参考,以湖南省长沙市望城区为例,选取9个指标,测算农民征地补偿标准的满意度指数,并构建结构方程模型分析各指标的内在关联结构。结果表明:望城区农民对征地补偿标准的满意度总指数为51.09,满意度处于比较不满意和感觉一般之间,主要表现为知情权、建议权、补偿金额合理度以及收入水平变化的满意度较低。补偿状况、生活变化和社会感知之间的相互影响较大,其中,补偿状况主要受发放额度以及补偿金额合理度影响,生活变化主要受生活方式变化影响,而社会感知则受土地增值权的影响较大。
Nine indexes were analyzed to calculate farmers＇satisfaction index to land compensation standard by taking Wangcheng District, Changsha City, Hunan Province and the internal correlation structure between different indexes was analyzed by the established structural equation to enhance farmers ＇ satisfaction to land compensation and provide a reference for improvement of land compensation policy. Results： farmers~ satisfaction index to land compensation standard is 51.09, which indicates that farmers~ satisfaction degree is between rather dissatisfaction and general feel and that farmers~ satisfaction to the right to know, the right to make suggestion, rationality of compensation amount and variation of income level is lower. The interaction among compensation condition, living change and social perception is greater. The compensation condition is mainly influenced by issuance limit and compensation amount. Living change is mainly influenced by change of living pattern. Social perception is influenced by land appreciation right mostly.
