摘要
自动松拉刀系统是五轴联动加工中心铣头的关键部件,为了验证所设计的自动松拉刀系统的基本功能、在静态条件下是否会出现漏液及使用寿命等情况,通过分析自动松拉刀的工作原理,确定了自动松拉刀系统实验装置液压试验台的设计方案,设计了一个液压试验台来模拟其在静态时的功能实现。
The automatic damping and rdeasing tool system is the key part in milling head of five-axis linkage machining center. The experimental device was designed in order to verify the system basic function and the working life. The principle was analyzed and the design scheme was determined. The hydraulic experimental device can simulate the motion and function of the automatic clamping and releasing system in machining center. The system life can be gotten depending on the time of the experiment device.
