摘要
目的:分析别嘌醇不良反应特点和相关因素,为规避临床用药风险提供参考。方法:对北京地区医疗机构近10年报告的107例别嘌醇的不良反应发生特点、规律和预后进行归纳、分析。结果:107例不良反应中严重不良反应27例(占25.23%),最常见的不良反应为皮肤-黏膜系统反应,共70例(占65.42%),其主要表现为皮疹、多形红斑、剥脱性皮炎等,其他不良反应包括肝肾功能异常及胃肠道反应等。结论:临床上使用该药要加强不良反应监测,尤其应注意日总剂量不要大于600 mg。
Objective： To analyze characters and associated adverse drug reactions（ADR） of Allopurinol, and to provide reference for preventing the medication risk of Allopurinol. Methods： Characters, patterns and prognosis of 107 cases ADR induced by Allopurinol in medical institutions of beijing in recent were summarized and analyzed. Results： 27 cases of serious ADR happened（25.23%）, the most common ADR was happened in skin mucous membrane system, a total number was 70cases（65.42%）, its main manifestation were rashes, multiform erythema, exfoliative dermatitis, Other ADR include liver and kidney dysfunction and gastrointestinal reaction. Conclusion： ADR should be monitored whenallopurinol is used in clinic, and especially daily dosage should not be more than 600 mg.
