摘要
目的探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症患者的临床疗效及对认知功能的影响。方法选择2010年4月至2014年8月该院收治的106例首发精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用阿立哌唑治疗,对照组采用利培酮治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果和认知功能改善情况。结果研究组治疗有效率较对照组稍高,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前、治疗后6周及12周时阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组操作情商、语言智商及智商总分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组在治疗后6周及12周后CMS评分均较对照组高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑对首发精神分裂症患者有着较好的临床疗效,对认知功能的改善作用较利培酮更好,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of risperidone and aripiprazole in treating first‐episode schizophrenia and its influence on cognitive function .Methods 106 cases of first‐episode schizophrenia in our hospital from April 2010 to August 2014 were chosen as the research subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group .The study group was treated with aripiprazole and the control group adopted the risperidone treat‐ment .The curative effect and cognitive function improvement situation were compared between two groups .Results The treatment effective rate of the study group was slightly higher than that of the control group ,but there was no statistically significant difference between them （P〉0 .05） .The PANSS score of before treatment and at 6 ,12 weeks after treatment had no statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〉0 .05） .The operation EQ ,lan‐guage IQ and IQ total score after treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group ,the differ‐ences were statistically significant （P〈0 .05） .The CMS score at 6 ,12 weeks after treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0 .05） .Conclusion Aripi‐prazole has better curative effect in treating first‐episode schizophrenia ,its improvement role on the cognitive function is better than that of risperidone ,and is worth to popularize in the clinical application .
