摘要
通过现场试验,对造孔技术方案进行优化选择,解决了马鹿塘水电站大坝防渗帷幕灌浆坚硬地层造孔打滑的问题,提高了钻进效率,降低了工程费用。同时,探讨了冲击回转钻进技术应用于深孔帷幕灌浆造孔的可行性,为类似工程提供借鉴。
Pore-forming technical schemes are optimized and selected through field test. The problem of curtain grouting slippage during pore-forming on hard formation in Malutang Hydropower Station are solved. Drilling efficiency is improved, and engineering cost is reduced. Meanwhile, feasibility of applying impact rotary drilling technique to deep hole curtain grouting pore-forming is discussed, thereby providing reference for similar projects.
