摘要
通过问卷调查的方法,对血液净化普通护士经专科培训后患者满意度和同行的认可度进行了问卷调查.并利用统计分析的方法进行了调查数据分析.分析结果认为,96.2%以上的医生和86.7%以上的普通护士认为血液净化专科护士的能力普遍高于普通护士,血液透析患者对专科护士护理服务满意度高于普通护士.
We carried out a questionnaire survey of patient satisfaction degree and peer recognition degree after blood purification ordinary nurse training by using the method of questionnaire survey.And the surey data analysis was done by using statistical analysis method.The results showed that more than 96 of the doctors and more than 86.7% of the ordinary nurses thought that blood purification professinal nurses behaved generally better than the ordinary nurses.As for the nursing service degree,hemodialysis patients were more satisfied with professional nurses than ordinary nurses.
