摘要
目的探讨行药物流产后患者采用益母颗粒于雌激素（E2）、孕激素（P）水平的影响。方法选取2014年2月至2015年2月于我院接受药物流产的107例患者，以随机分组法分为观察组与对照组，观察组54例，药物流产5h后服用益母颗粒；对照组53例，药物流产后不服用任何药物，正常休息。结果观察组患者行药流产后2周内E2、P水平变化与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者子宫流血时间与子宫流血量情况亦优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论益母颗粒可以有效调节药物流产后患者孕激素与雌激素水平，从而提高完全流产率，减少清宫率，对患者流产后子宫异常出现情况能良好控制。
Objective To evaluate the effecof Yimu granuleon the levelof estrogen （E2） and progesterone （P） in patientwith medical abortion. Method107 patientundergoing medical abortion in ouhospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group （54 cases） and control group （53 cases）. Observation group took Yimu granule5 h aftemedical abortion, while control group took nothing aftemedical abortion, normal rest. ResultThere were statistically significandifferencein the levelof E2 and P during 2 weekaftemedical abortion between two group（P〈0.05）. Uterine bleeding time and uterine bleeding amounin observation group were superioto control group, with statistically significandifferencebetween two group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yimu granulecan effectively regulate the levelof E2 and P in patientwith medical abortion, thuimprove the complete abortion rate, reduce the rate of complete curettage of uterine cavity, can well control the uteruanomaly aftemedical abortion.
