摘要
随着电磁阀产品技术不断提高,传统的电磁阀测试系统工作效率低、精度差,并且已经不能满足综合性能的测试。为了填补这一空白,研制一种基于虚拟仪器的电磁阀综合性能计算机测试系统。该测试系统能对现在绝大部分电磁阀进行测试,测试精度高,用户使用简便,多路同时测试提高了工作效率。本文主要介绍该系统测试内容、总体设计、计算机软硬件设计,并且通过实际测试数据加以验证。
With the constant improvement of solenoid valve technology,the traditional solenoid valve test system was low efficiency,poor accuracy.And it could not meet the comprehensive performance test.In order to fill the void,develop a computer test system of solenoid valve comprehensive performance based on virtual instrument.This testing system is able to test most of the solenoid valve product,high testing precision,using simply,multi-channel test at the same time improve the working efficiency.This paper mainly introduces the system test contents,overall design,computer hardware and software design,and verified by actual test data.
