摘要
主要从热力学方面对CO2应用于AOD炉脱碳保铬进行了研究。通过热力学研究,证实在高碳区(w(C)≥0.5%)无需混入Ar,即可完成脱碳保铬,但在低碳区(w(C)<0.5%)则需要混入一定比例的Ar,以进一步降低CO分压。
The mechanism of decarburization and chromium conservation is researched in this paper by blowing CO2 in AOD from the opinion of thermodynamic. Thermodynamic studies confirmed that without mixing Ar in high carbon region (w(C)≥0.5%), it can complete decarburization and chromium conservation, but in low-carbon region (w(C)〈0.5%), it need to mix a certain percentage of Ar, to further reduce the CO partial pressure.
