自发性卵巢过度刺激综合征系统综述 被引量：13

摘要 目的探讨自发性卵巢过度刺激综合征(s OHSS)的诊疗要点。方法分别以"spontaneous ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome"和"自发性卵巢过度刺激"为检索词,检索1989-2014年公开发表文献,并结合中国医科大学附属盛京医院诊治的1例患者进行系统综述。结果 s OHSS的诊断必须明确排除促排卵病史,典型超声表现为双侧卵巢呈多囊性外凸性增大;治疗方式以缓解症状为主的对症治疗为原则。结论应提高对s OHSS的认识,早期诊断后尽早实施以预防及对症支持治疗为主的综合治疗策略。
