摘要
为改善固体推进剂的燃烧性能,在高能RDX-CMDB推进剂配方中添加硼粉和铝粉,利用静态恒压燃速仪在20℃测定样品燃速,以此考察它们对推进剂燃速特性的影响。同时考察在RDX-CMDB推进剂中添加Li F后其燃速特性的变化。研究结果表明:在RDX-CMDB推进剂配方体系中,添加金属粉使得推进剂的燃速压强指数升高;添加硼粉代替推进剂配方中的铝粉,可以降低推进剂配方的燃速压强指数。
In order to improve the combustion properties of solid propellant, boron powder and aluminum pow- der were added to the high energy RDX-CMDB propellant formulations. Burning rate of the sample was measured at 20 ℃ by the static constant burning rate instrument. The effects of LiF on RDX-CMDB propellants were studied too. The results show that, for RDX-CMDB propellant formulations, adding metal powder increases the burning rate pressure exponent of propellant ; adding boron powder instead of aluminum powder can reduce the burning rate pres- sure exponent of the propellant formulations.
