摘要
为深入研究叠层橡胶支座的力学性能,对叠层橡胶支座中的夹层钢板进行了拉伸力学性能试验.结果表明,叠层橡胶支座中夹层钢板在拉伸荷载较小时处于弹性阶段,拉伸变形较小,随着荷载的增大,钢板进入屈服阶段,产生明显的拉伸变形,因而在进行支座的有限元分析时,可以将钢板的应力-应变本构模型作为理想弹塑性模型进行模拟.
In order to study the mechanical property of laminated rubber bearing,the tensile mechanical property test of the steel sheet in the laminated rubber bearing was conducted in this paper. The results show that when the tensile load is small,the steel sheet in the laminated rubber bearing is in the elastic stage,and the tensile deformation of the steel sheet is small. As the tensile load increasing,the steel sheet yields,and the steel sheet produces significant tensile deformation. So when the finite element analysis of the laminated rubber bearing is conducted , the stress-strain constitutive model of the steel sheet in the laminated rubber bearing can be simulated as the ideal elastic-plastic model.
