摘要
目的探讨免疫组化技术和常规技术在病理诊断中的临床诊断效果。方法对我院收治的56例肿瘤患者的资料进行分析,根据不同病理诊断方法将患者分为对照组(n=28)和实验组(n=28),对照组采用活检穿刺法诊断,实验组采用免疫组化技术诊断,比较两种方法诊断的阳性率。结果实验组免疫组化染色后,患者的细胞结构为变异型,甲胎蛋白、磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖-3表达异常者为24例,阳性率为85.7%,显著高于对照组(14例,50.0%);实验组满意率为82.1%,显著高于对照组(57.1%);实验组诊断后心理顾虑评分为(87.43±4.29)分,生理问题评分为(88.30±9.10)分,信任感评分为(91.34±10.77)分,显著高于对照组[(69.98±3.45)、(70.11±4.36)、(72.37±5.89)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患者进行病理诊断时实施免疫组化技术诊断效果理想,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic effect of immunohistochemical technique and routine technique on the pathological diagnosis. Methods 56 cancer patients admitted into our hospital were analyzed.According to different pathological diagnostic methods,they were divided into control group（n=28） and experimental group（n=28）.In the control group,biopsy puncture for diagnosis was applied,while in the experimental group,immunohistochemical technique for diagnosis was adopted.The positive diagnostic rate of these two methods was compared. Results In the experimental group,after immunohistochemical staining,cell structure was in variance,24 cases were abnormal expression for AFP and Glypican-3,and the positive rate was 85.7%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（14 cases,50.0%）.The satisfaction rate in the experimental group was 82.1%,which was much higher than that in the control group accounting for 57.1%.In the experimental group,after diagnosis,the scores of psychological concerns,physiological aspects,and sense of trust were（87.43±4.29）,（88.30±9.10）,（91.34±10.77） points,which were all greatly higher than those in the control group [（69.98±3.45）,（70.11±4.36）,（72.37±5.89） points],there were all statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of implementing immunohistochemical technique for pathological diagnosis in cancer patients is optimal,which is worthy of promotion.
