摘要
某铅锌冶炼厂现有污水处理系统采用两段中和、重金属沉降工艺,水质满足《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB25466-2010)。为进一步降低废水中重金属污染物浓度,提升污水站出水水质,满足企业废水回用要求,对现有处理设施进行升级改造。文章介绍了升级改造的思路与措施,引入电化学处理工艺,实践证明:升级改造后污水处理站出水水质重金属污染物浓度能稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅲ类标准要求,达到企业回用水质要求,处理成本合理。
The existing sewage treatment system in one lead and zinc smelting plant using neutralization and heavy metal deposi- tion process, the water quality meet the requirements of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Lead and Zinc Industry ( GB25466 - 2010 ). The existing treatment device shall be upgraded and reconstructed in order to further decrease the heavy metal pollutant concentration in the waste water, increase the outlet water quality, so as to meet the requirements of waste water reutilization. The thoughts and measures of up- grading and reconstruction are introduced, and the electrochemistry treatment process is introduced, the practice shows that the outlet water quality of the upgraded and reconstructed sewage treatment station, which heavy metals concentration can stably meet the requirements of Ⅲ class standard in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB3838 -2002) , the water quality can meet the requirements of the enterprise water reutilization, the treatment cost is reasonable.
