Optimization of Starting Pressure during SAGD Micro-differential Pressure Drainage

摘要 针对风城油田SAGD循环预热阶段连通程度低的问题,将循环预热分为井筒预热、均衡提压、稳压循环和微压差泄油4个阶段,运用参数回归法和油藏数值模拟法对微压差泄油阶段启动压力进行了研究。研究表明:微压差泄油阶段启动压力梯度与原油流度呈幂函数关系.流动速度与原油流度呈二次函数关系;微压差泄油阶段启动压力以0.15~0.20MPa为宜.经过12d,注采井间可形成均匀泄油通道,连通程度可达到70%以上。研究结果在重32井区进行了验证,循环预热结束后,井区平均连通程度达到84.6%,循环预热效果大幅提高。 As to low connectivity during SAGD circulation and preheating stage in the Fengcheng Oilfield,the circulation and preheating stage is divided into four phases: preheating of the borehole,evenly pressurization,circulation under stabilized pressure and micro- differential pressure drainage.Parameter- regression method and reservoir numerical simulation method were used to study the starting pressure during the micro- differential pressure drainage. Research results show that starting pressure gradient during the micro- differential pressure drainage increases at an exponential function with fluidity of crude oil,whereas flow rates increase at a quadratic function with fluidity of crude oil. During the micro- differential pressure drainage stage,the starting pressures should be maintained at 0. 15- 0. 20 MPa. In approximately 12 d,evenly distributed drainage channels can be established among injectors and producers with connectivity up to over 70%. Research results were verified in the Zhong- 32 Well Block. Upon completion of circulation and preheating phase,average connectivity within the well block is 84. 6%. It can be seen that performances of circulation and preheating have been enhanced dramatically.
