摘要
以常州市为例,探讨时空信息云平台的建设内容及框架,提出其技术实现思路,并重点分析了包括时空数据组织与索引、在线自助制图、在线智能应用定制、分布式同步共享等的关键技术,以满足各共享部门在数据共享、地图共享、服务共享、应用共享等不同层次的GIS共享应用需求,为智慧城市建设中各行业、各部门提供权威性高、现势性强、历史信息丰富的空间基础信息共享服务平台。
Introduces the construction and technology method of Time and Space Information Cloud Platform based on Changzhou. It analyses and emphasizes the key technologies of organization and index of time and space data, online self- mapping, online intelligent application customization, distributed and synchronous share and so on, which satisfies the GIS- shared application in different levels such as data, maps, services and applications. The platform provides share services of basic space information which are of high authority, high adaptability and with abundant historical information for different industries and departments in smart city construction.
