摘要
介绍了16Y240JZE型柴油机凸轮轴孔加工组合机床的工艺方案、结构特点、工作循环与控制。根据所加工零件的特点,做出了大量的变化。使得该组合机床加工质量稳定、生产率高、操作方便,效果较好。经过大量数据分析与计算验证,保证了机床的可靠性与安全性。充分分析了目前国内外加工组合机床的发展趋势与市场需求,结合了多方面因素讨论的机床转型和继续发展的可行性。
In this paper, the technological plan, the structural features, the working cycle and control of the camshaft hole machining combined machine tool for 16Y240JZE diesel engine are introduced. According to the characteristics of the parts, a lot of changes are made in order to make sure the stabhlity in machining quality, high productivity, easy operation, and good effect. After a lot of data analysis and calculation, the reliability and safety of the machine tool are ensured. The development trend and market demands of machine tool at home and abroad are fully analyzed, and the feasibility of machine tool transformation and further development are then discussed combining with many factors.
