摘要
目的探究电子喉镜下摘除术治疗声带良性肿物的治疗效果。方法将声带良性肿物患者73例分为两组,对照组采用支撑喉镜下摘除术治疗,观察组采用电子喉镜下摘除术治疗。结果两组患者治疗总有效率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论声带良性肿物采用电子喉镜下摘除术治疗,治疗效果良好,患者并发症较少。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the treatment of vocal cord benign tumor by the electronic endoscopic resection. Methods Select 73 cases of benign tumor patients, digital random method is divided into 33 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group, the control group was treated with the support of the support of the treatment, the observation group was treated with the use of electron under the treatment of the patients with electronic. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of the two groups （P〉0.05）,without statistical significance. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）,the data were statistically different. Conclusion The treatment of vocal cord benign tumor by using electron under the condition of electron, the treatment effect is good, the patient complication is less.
