摘要
目的建立精氨酸原料药中乙醇残留量的检测方法。方法采用顶空气相色谱法,DB-WAX毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32mm×0.33μm),检测器:氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),载气:N2。顶空平衡温度70℃,平衡时间40min,进样口温度200℃,检测器温度250℃,恒温进行测定。结果在0.049-0.882 mg/m L浓度范围内,乙醇峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.84%,RSD为2.24%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确,可用于精氨酸原料药中乙醇残留物检测。
Objective To develop a method for determination of organic residues (ethanol) from Arginine. Methods The contents of macroporous resin residual organic substances were determined by headspace GC on DB - WAX column with FID detector, high purity nitrogen as the carry gasses. The equilibrium temperature is 70℃ ,the equilibrium time is 40min ,the injector temperature was 200℃ ,and the detector temperature was 250℃ . The column temperature was constant. Results Ethanol have good linear relationship in the range of concentration of 0.049 - 0. 882mg/mL, the average recovery was 99.84%, RSD = 2.24% , ( n = 9) . Conclusions The method is simple, fast, accurate, and can be used for detection of ethanol.
