摘要
目的 探索构建基层卫生监督协管绩效考核指标体系。方法 采用Delphi法,通过2轮专家征询,确定考核指标体系和各指标权重,对卫生监督协管绩效进行考核。结果 两轮征询表回收率均为100%,2轮征询表均无删除或新增指标。第2轮征询后,专家协调系数为0.64~0.90（数量指标）、0.66~0.87（质量指标）,差异均有统计学意义。结论 专家意见的协调性好,可信度高,专家评估结果可取。
OBJECTIVE To explore and construct a performance assessment index system of basic health inspection and coordinating management. METHODS Delphi method was used to determine the assessment index system and index weight through two rounds of experts＇ consultation. RESULTS 100% of feedback were received in two rounds of consultation, with no index deletion and addition. After two rounds of consultation, coefficient of experts＇ concordance was 0.64 N 0.90 in quantity, 0.66 N 0.87 in quality. The difference of both were statistically significant. CONCLUSION The coordination of the experts＇ advice and reliability was highly regarded. The assessment result was available.
