摘要
目的 了解学龄前儿童龋齿患病情况及相关因素,为在学龄前儿童中开展龋齿防治工作提供科学依据。方法 采用整群抽样方法,随机抽取某城区6所幼儿园3~6岁儿童作为调查对象,由流行病学专家及经过培训的保健医生完成儿童口腔检查及问卷调查工作,并进行统计分析。结果 本组共2 148名儿童,患龋率为39.0%,龋均2.75;不同性别之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;患龋率随年龄的增大而升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;龋齿充填率为50.78%（1 168/2 300）,充填率随着年龄的增加而升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。调查发现,开始刷牙年龄、每天刷牙次数、使用含氟牙膏、饭后漱口、喜吃甜食或零食、口腔检查、母亲文化程度及家庭年收入8个相关因素是学龄前儿童龋齿发生的重要影响因素。结论 该城区学龄前儿童龋患率较高,应采取综合措施,重点加强家长龋齿防治知识的健康教育,从而促进儿童身心健康。
OBJECTIVE To study the dental caries prevalence rate and the related factors in the preschool children in Liangzhou, and to provide scientific evidence for dental caries prevention and control work in preschool aged children. METHODS From 3 to 6 years old children of 6 kindergartens were randomly selected from a city as the research object by cluster sampling. By the epidemiologist and care physicians trained to complete the children oral examination and questionnaire survey, statistical analysis was performed. RESULTS 2 148 children with caries rate was 39%. Caries was 2.75. There was no significant difference between sexes（P〈0.05）. Caries prevalence with age increasing, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The filling rate was 50.78%（1 168/2 300）, the filling rate increased with the increase of age, there were statistical significant differences（P〈0.05）. The survey found that age of first brush, the number of brush teeth every day, the use of fluoride toothpaste, mouthwash after meals, likes to eat the sweets or snacks, oral examination, the education level of mother and family income were the important factors affected the occurrence of caries in preschool children. CONCLUSION The caries rate in preschool children in a certain districts high. It should adoptcomprehensire measures, ifocus on strengthening the health education of parents of caries prevention knowledge, so as to promote hysical and mental health of children.
