摘要
利用有限元软件对汽轮机高压内缸模型在额定负荷、启动及停机过程3种不同工况下的变形进行了模拟分析,确定了各工况的边界条件,得到了各个工况下高压内缸的变形量。分析结果表明,汽轮机启停时高压内缸变形量明显大于稳态工况下内缸的变形量,发生动静碰摩,汽缸中分面漏汽以及螺栓断裂等现象的可能性最大。对汽缸的变形控制做了进一步的分析,为保障机组安全运行、延长汽缸寿命提供理论支撑。
The deformation condition of the model for steam turbine high pressure inner cylinder is simulated and analyzed at rated load, start-up and shut-down process by using finite element software. The deformation of high pressure inner cylinder is obtained after calculating and adding to different boundary conditions. The results show that the deformation of steam turbine high pressure inner cylinder under start-up and shut-down is significantly larger than the inner cylinder under steady-state, and the first possibility is the happening of rubbing, leakage of casing split and bolt fracture. The deformation reasons of the cylinder are analyzed further,which provides a theoretical support to guarantee the safe operation of the unit and prolong the life of the cylinder.
