摘要
综述了目前制备激光熔覆层所采用的主要熔覆材料体系,分析了熔覆材料应用时存在的主要问题和解决途径,给出了设计和研发激光熔覆材料应遵循的原则,提出根据激光熔覆技术特点研发专用熔覆材料体系是未来研究的重要方向。
Most of materials for laser cladding coatings were reviewed. The problems of laser cladding materials in use and the way to solve them were analyzed. Some principles in the design and development of laser cladding materials were put forward. It is pointed out that the design of special material for laser cladding is one of the important development direction for laser cladding.
