摘要
讨论了TE011谐振模式的圆环状介质谐振器的研究过程。固定MnCO3添加量为质量分数0.4%,考察了NiO改性剂对0.76ZrTi2O6-0.24ZnNb2O6微波陶瓷介电性能的影响,当W(NiO)为0.4%时,可得到Q值大于4400(10 GHz),εr为43,τf小于3×10-6/℃的瓷料。以该瓷料为原料制作谐振器,研究了制作工艺和孔径尺寸对谐振器性能的影响。发现适当的干压成型压力有利于提高谐振器Q值。获得了谐振频率为1890 MHz的高功率、高Q值、小体积的圆环形谐振器,能满足设计要求。
The development process of ring-shaped dielectric resonators with TE011 resonant mode wasdiscussed. The effect of NiO modifier content of on the dielectric properties of 0.76ZrTi206-0.24ZnNb206 microwaveceramic was studied, with a MnCO3 modifier content of 0.4%(mass fraction) . When the content of NiO is 0.4%(massfraction), ceramic with quality factor O larger than 4400(10 GHz), or of 43 and r f less than 3x 10-6/℃ were obtained.Resonators were fabricated using this kind of ceramic,and the effects of fabrication technique as well as the pole' sizeof resonator on the Properties of resonator was studied.The O value of the resonator using appropriate the dry pressingPressure was increased. Ring-shaped dielectric resonators with a resonance frequency is 1890 MHz were obtained. Theseresonators exhibit high power, high O value and small volume,well meeting the design requirements.
