摘要
为了分析广东某狮头鹅种鹅场鹅卵黄性腹膜炎的病原,从病死雌性种鹅中分离得到1株菌株。通过细菌培养形态、镜检、生化鉴定以及16S r RNA基因序列同源性比对,确定分离的菌株为大肠杆菌。抗生素和中草药水提取物对分离菌株的药敏试验结果表明,恩诺沙星、头孢噻肟和中草药丁香对分离菌株的抑制和杀灭效果最好。用分离菌株制备的灭活疫苗,经无菌检测、试验动物安全性和免疫效果检验,结果表明,该疫苗是安全的,并对试验动物具有一定的免疫保护作用。
In order to analyze the pathogen of yolk peritonitis in Shitou geese,a strain was isolated from a dead female goose in Guangdong province.The results showed that the strain was identified as E.coli based on morphology,biochemical characters and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA genes. Drug sensitivity test of the strain to antibiotic and Chinese herbal medicine ex- tracts showed that E.coli was sensitive to Enrofloxacin,Cefotaxime Sodium and extracts from Eugenia caryophyllata. Inactivated vaccine prepared with the strain was proved safe and effective by sterility test, safety test and effect test.
