IL-27及其在类风湿关节炎中的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种以滑膜过度增生、血管翳形成,最终导致软骨、骨及关节结构破坏为主要表现的系统性自身免疫病。各种细胞因子、免疫细胞及成纤维样滑膜细胞(FLS)在其炎性发展及关节破坏过程中起着重要角色。研究表明白细胞介素-27(IL-27)可以调节上述免疫细胞的增殖、分化,提示它可能通过不同的作用机制参与类风湿关节炎的发生、发展及转归。本文就IL-27及其在类风湿关节炎中的研究进展作一综述。
