摘要
采用正交的方法对GDI增压发动机进行二次喷射试验,在2 500 r/min,1 MPa的工况下研究了二次喷射时刻与比例对燃烧、油耗率、排放的影响。试验结果表明:二次喷射时刻与比例对发动机性能的影响具有综合性,在二喷比例为30,喷油时刻为140℃A时,Co V最小,滞燃期最短,爆发压力最大,油耗率最低,排放性最优。
The twice injection experiments for GDI turbocharged engine were carried out and orthogonal method was used. The effects of second injection fraction and timing on combustion, fuel consumption rate and emissions were emphatically analyzed at 2 500 r/min 1 MPa. The results show that the effects of second injection fraction and timing on the performance of engine were comprehensive, the best performance of combustion, the lowest of fuel consumption and a better emission was attainted at the condition of the second injection fraction was 30 matches 140 ℃A of the second injection timing.
