摘要
为了更好地满足某客车的匹配要求,进一步提高发动机的性能,降低排放,基于AVL CRUISE软件建立了整车仿真模型,对4款同一平台发动机与3种常用主减速比进行了仿真,分别计算了其动力性能和经济性能,分析不同发动机或主减速比对动力性和经济性的影响,最后确定了比较合理的动力总成匹配方案。
In order to meet the requirements of one passenger car matching, and further improve the engine performance and reduce emissions. Vehicle simulation model was built based on AVL CRUISE software, which was used to simulate 4 engines matching with three kinds of commonly main reduction ratio. Then Calculate and analysis the power performance and fuel economy according to the simulation result, and eampare the different engines and the main reduction ratio how to influence on the fuel economy. Finally the reasonable powertrain matching scheme was determined.
