摘要
[目的]为曙光油桃的科学施肥提供理论依据。[方法]在上海市浦东农业技术推广中心中日果树桃研发基地为试验平台,设置对照不施肥处理(CK)、施氮磷肥处理(NP)、施氮磷钾肥处理(NPK)、单有机肥处理(M)和有机肥与氮磷钾肥配合施用处理(NPKM)5个试验处理。[结果]在上海浦东地区施用钾肥,曙光油桃的产量可提高3 113 kg/hm2,幅度达20%;果实纵径提高幅度达20.6%,果实横径提高20.5%;果实的着色程度提高1.65%。在氮磷肥的基础上增施钾肥,果实可溶性固形物可显著提高15.0%,达12.5%;果实维生素C含量提高14.9%,达10.4 mg/100 g;可溶性糖含量提高5.01%,为8.55%;总酸度降低28.6%,仅为0.23。[结论]有机无机配施处理较NPK处理产量、果实纵径和横径、果形指数、着色程度以及果实可溶性固形物含量、维生素C、可溶性糖含量均有所提高。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for the scientific fertilization of Shuguang Nectarine. [ Method ] Five fertilization treatments, such as no fertilizer treatment (the control treatment, CK), N and P fertilizers treatment (NP), N, P and K fertilizers treatment ( NPK), manure treatment (M) , NPK and manure treatment (NPKM) , were conducted at the Hangtou station of the Promotion Center of Agricultural Technique in Pudong. [ Result ] Compared with NP treatment, K fertilizer applied could develop the nectarine yield by 20% with a value of 3 113 kg/hm2 , increased by 20.6% for nectarine longitude, 20.5% for nectarine lateral and 1.65% for nectarine coloring. Compared with NP treatment, K applied could improve soluble solids content, vitamin C content and soluble sugar content by 15.0% , 14.9% and 5.01% , respectively. Meanwhile, K could also decrease acid content by 28.6%. [ Conclusion] Manure applied with NPK fertilizers could increase nectarine yield, longitude, lateral, coloring, soluble solids content, vitamin C content and soluble sugar content.
