摘要
介绍了3种HFW焊管生产线内毛刺切断装置——内毛刺刻痕断屑方式、内毛刺刀具切断方式和飞锯出口切断方式的结构形式,并分析各种结构的适用机组和优缺点。分析认为:3种内毛刺切断机构都能满足生产的需要,但需要根据生产线的产品结构特点进行优选,同时选用好切断工具的材质。
Described here in the article are the structures of the three inner-burr cutting devices incorporated in the HFW pipe production line, i.e., the nicking-chip-breaking device, the cutting tool and flying saw mounted at the outlet side of the line. Also analyzed are the each device' s suitability for different HFW plant, and its advantages and disadvantages. All of the said three inner burr-removing devices are satisfactory to the pipe production requirements in terms of structures. However, it is still necessary to make proper selection both of the deburring device and the material of the cutting component in accordance with the product mix of the HFW operation line.
