可摘式牙周夹板用于中重度牙周炎修复的疗效观察被引量：9

Efficacy analysis of removable periodontal splints in moderate and severe periodontitis

摘要目的:研究支架式可摘局部义齿对中重度牙周炎伴牙列缺损患者的修复效果。方法:对20例完成牙周治疗的中重度牙周炎患者采用支架式可摘局部义齿修复,分别记录义齿戴入时,戴入后3、6、12、24个月的菌斑指数(PI),龈沟出血指数(SBI)和牙周袋深度(PD)。结果:24个月后PI和SBI指数增加,但12个月后和24个月后PD指数下降情况与义齿戴入前比较均有统计学意义。结论:支架式可摘局部义齿对修复中重度牙周炎伴牙列缺损患者具有稳定基牙,促进牙周组织愈合的作用。 Objective：To study the effect of removable partial denture（RPD）with cast framework on dental arch with periodontitis. Method：20 patients were restored with RPD after periodontal treatment. They were recorded their PLI,BI and PD at the beginning of denture placement and after 3 month、6 month、1 and 2 years of placement. Result：PI and SBI in-dexes increased after 2 years.However,PD index decreased after 1 and 2 years statistically. Conclusion：RPD with cast framework is effective to stabilize teeth and favorable to periodontal recovery.
