摘要
随着经济建设的快速发展,资源开采带来的环境问题日益严重,对老矿区进行恢复治理和经济评价刻不容缓,具有重要现实意义。文章从资源环境经济学角度,首先分析了上兰家沟钼矿区的主要地质环境问题及其危害性,在此基础上提出了对应的治理措施,然后着重利用费用效益法对其经济可行性进行了评估,以期为矿山环境治理合理决策提供参考。
With the rapid development of economic construction , the environmental problem brought by resource exploitation has become increasingly serious , w hich makes the governance of the old mining area urgently needed , and the economic evaluation also has important practical significance . From the perspective of resources and envi ‐ronment economics , this article first analyzes the main geological environment problems of Shanglanjiagou molyb ‐denum area and on the basis of their perniciousness , it puts forward some corresponding control measures . Then , using the method of cost -benefit analysis , the article evaluated the economic feasibility , in order to provide refer ‐ence for reasonable decision on controlling the environment of mine area .
