摘要
文章采用新型净洗剂对涤氨针织物进行净洗处理,将涤氨针织物表面的油污以及残留的灰份、助剂等全部去除干净,不影响后道工序进行,通过正交试验及相关性能测试,结果表明新型净洗剂具有更好的净洗效果,得到了新型净洗剂最佳工艺条件为:新型净洗剂5g/L,净洗温度60℃,净洗时间30min。
A new detergent was applied on polyester and ammonia knitted fabric to remove oil pol- lution, ash and other additives. Through orthogonal expermental method and related performance test, the optimum technological conditions of the new detergent was abtained.
