摘要
针对GH2036合金盘坯低倍亮斑问题,论文从亮斑部位的高倍、低倍入手,通过扫描电镜和能谱分析,得出亮斑主要是是富Cr、V和Nb等的碳化物。为了消除此类偏析,采取了增加高于1 200℃的高温道次锻造的方法,使碳化物先溶解再弥散析出的方法,成功解决了GH2036亮斑问题。
Focusing on the bright spots occurred in the macrostructure of GH2036 disc billet, through the metallo?graphic structure and SEM\EDS analysis,it is concluded that the bright spots are mainly some Cr-rich(and/or V, Nb, etc.) carbides . In order to eliminate this type of segregation,by adding a new forging method with high forging tempera?ture (above 1200℃) to make the carbides dissolved at first and then dispersion precipitated , the problem about bright spots of GH2036 alloy disc billet is solved successfully.
