水泥品种对钻孔灌注桩混凝土耐久性的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Cement Types on Durability of Bored Pile Concrete

摘要 为了确定同时受硫酸盐强腐蚀作用和氯离子强腐蚀作用的钻孔灌注桩混凝土的水泥品种,考察了普通硅酸盐水泥、高抗硫水泥及Ⅱ型硅酸盐水泥对钻孔灌注桩混凝土的耐久性影响。分别研究了评价抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的抗压强度耐蚀系数、砂浆膨胀系数和砂浆抗折强度抗蚀系数,以及评价抗氯离子侵蚀性能的氯离子迁移系数、氯离子扩散系数和电通量。结果表明,与采用普通硅酸盐水泥相比,采用高抗硫水泥与Ⅱ型硅酸水泥的混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能没有明显提高;普硅水泥混凝土的抗氯离子侵蚀性能要优于高抗硫水泥混凝土和Ⅱ型硅酸盐水泥混凝土。在硫酸盐与氯离子双重强腐蚀作用下,普硅水泥制备的高性能钻孔灌注桩混凝土具有良好的耐久性。 In order to determine cement types for bored pile concretes which are suffered from strong sulfate attcak and serious chloride corrosion, the effects of cement types on bored pile concretes durability are investigated. Three ordinary Portland cements, one sulfate resistance Portland cement and one type H Portland cement are'selected. Sulfate attack resistance properties, i.e. concrete compressive strength corrosion coefficient, mortar expansion coefficient and mortar flexural strength corrosion coefficient, chloride corrosion resistance properties, i.e. chloride migration coefficient, chloride diffusion coefficient and electric flux, are tested respectively. The results show that concrete with sulfate resistance Portland cement and type Ⅱ Portland cement have no significant improvement on sulfate attcak resistance when compared with ordinary Portland cement. On the other hand, concrete with ordinary Portland cement remarkably improve the chloride resisting property than the concretes with the other two types of cement. With coupling effect of sulfate attack and chloride corrosion, high performance bored pile concrete with ordinary Portland cement has more excellent durability.
