摘要
文章通过双因素田间试验设计研究了5种不同长度的插穗(X)、3种不同木质化程度的插穗(E)对米槠扦插生根率、生根数的影响差异。试验结果表明:应用长度为12㎝(X3)的半木质化绿枝(E2)时,扦插效果最佳,平均生根率达84.6%,平均生根数达10.3条。
Through the design of double-factor field experiment, the study is made as follows: 5 different lengths of cuttings (X),3 kinds of different degree of lignifieation cuttings (E) effects of rooting rate, root number and root length of Castanopsis earlesii cutting difference. The test results show that: the application of a length of 12 cm (X3) semi lignified softwood twigs with leaves (E2) when the cutting effect is the best, the average rooting rate of 84.6%, average root number is 10.3.
