摘要
采用四种方法(碳酸氢钙热分解法、复分解反应法、尿素水解法、碳酸化法),在三种微乳模板(CTAB、AOT、Triton X-100微乳模板)条件下合成了碳酸钙-壳聚糖复合材料。对合成产物进行X射线衍射、红外光谱、透射电子显微镜测试,表征无机物结晶类型、有机物的成分以及晶体形貌。通过不同类型的微乳模板合成的复合材料晶型的对比研究,探讨模板与材料结构的关系,发现方解石相最容易生成,文石相的生成受CO2压力、反应温度的影响,球霰石相则依托于微乳模板而生成。同时提出了在某些条件下得到的层状结构的生成原因。
Four kinds of methods( thermal decomposition of Ca( OH)2,double decomposition,urea hydrolysis and carbonation methods) and three kinds of microemulsion templates( CTAB、AOT and Triton X-100 microemulsion templates) were used to prepare calcium carbonate-chitosan composite materials.Inorganic and organic matters in materials and morphologies of materials were studied by XRD,IR and TEM experiments,respectively. Relation between materials ' structures and templates was investigated according to the crystal forms of products from three kinds of templates. It was found that calcite was the main ingredient of inorganic phase,creation of aragonite was affected by pressure of CO2 and temperature of reaction,and microemulsion templates helped to form vaterite. The mechanism of layer structures' formation in some systems was provided.
