摘要
糖尿病胃轻瘫逐年增高的发病率使其越来越受到重视,中医及西医对其发病机制、诊断方法、治疗的研究也越来越多。早发现、早诊断、早治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫,既减轻患者胃部不适症状,又促进降糖药物有效吸收,控制血糖,延缓远期并发症,然而早期发现很重要,超声以其动态观察、反复无创的优势用于评估胃排空功能,成为糖尿病胃轻瘫患者早期发现的首选检查。
The incidence of diabetic gastroparesis has been increasing year by year,drawing more and more attention,and there are more and more researches on the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment in both Chinese medicine and western medicine.Early discovery, diagnosis and treatment of diabetes gastroparesis can reduce stomach discomfort,promote oral glucose-lowering drugs absorption,control blood sugar and delay the long-term complications,therefore,early detection plays an important role .Ultrasound examination with its advantages of dynamic observation and repeated noninvasive for assessing gastric emptying function has become the first choice for the early detection of diabetic gastroparesis .
