摘要
文章在梳理了信息人认知失调的心理过程并结合网络信息生态系统构成要素的基础上,描绘了认知失调对网络信息生态系统的影响,揭示出认知失调造成网络信息生态系统失衡、运行不畅、阻滞、崩溃等不良现象;并以认知失调理论为指导,提出减少认知失调对网络信息生态系统影响的策略;构建了以相应技术支持减少认知失调的网络信息生态系统优化模型。
Based on the analysis of the psychical process of cognitive dissonance of information person and the combination of the components of network information ecosystem,this paper describes the effects of cognitive dissonance on network information ecosystem,and reveals the negative phenomena caused by cognitive dissonance,including the imbalance,poor running,retardarce and collapse of network information ecosystem. Based on the cognitive dissonance theory,the paper proposes the strategies to reduce the effects of cognitive dissonance on network information ecosystem,and constructs the optimization model of network information ecosystem to reduce cognitive dissonance with the corresponding technical support.
