摘要
目的:探讨和研究水解蛋白配方奶粉对新生儿外科肠道手术后康复及体重增长的影响。方法:研究对象选取为2012年1月—2014年12月我院收治的41例外科肠道手术新生儿,采用数字表法随机分为观察组21例和对照组20例,在患儿监护人知情同意的情况下,给予对照组患儿开奶初期应用常规配方奶粉,观察组患儿则应用水解蛋白配方奶粉(康敏金),达到全胃肠道营养后出院,出院后仍按原配方奶粉喂养4周,对比两组患者的喂养耐受情况、达到全肠内喂养时间、住院时间及体重增长值情况。结果:观察组患儿的喂养不耐受发生率、达到全肠内喂养时间、住院时间均显著低于对照组,体重增长情况显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水解蛋白配方奶粉能够有效改善外科肠道手术后新生儿的肠道功能,促进肠道吸收,提高营养供应效率,减少喂养不耐受情况的发生,与传统的配方奶粉相比更具优势,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective： To explore the effect of hydrolyzed protein formula milk powder on weight gain and recovery of neonatus after neonatal surgical intestinal operation. Methods： 41 Cases of neonatal intestinal surgery operation in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group had 20 cases. With the guardians informed, the control group was treated with conventional formula milk powder in the early milking period and the observation group was treated with hydrolyzed protein formula milk powder （Kang Minjin）. The neonatus were discharged when total enteral nutrition achieved. After discharged, the neonatus were fed according to the original formula. The feeding tolerance, full enteral feeding time, hospitalization time and weight increase value of the two groups were compared. Results： The incidence of feeding intolerance, full enteral feeding time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the growth of body weight was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The hydrolyzed protein formula can effectively improve the neonatal intestinal function after surgical operation of intestinal tract, promote intestinal absorption of nutrition, improve supply efficiency, reduce the feeding intolerance occurrence. Compared with the traditional formula, it has more advantages and is worthy of wide application in clinic.
