Necessity of improvement of Technical Specification for Clinical Blood Transfusion （2000 edition）

摘要《临床输血技术规范》于2000年颁布至今，已实施15年。这期间不仅制定该规范时所依据的《医疗机构临床用血管理办法（试行）》（1999年版）已于2012年废止，而且该技术规范存在语义表达不完整，与其他相关性文件的术语不一致等问题，已经不再适应目前输血医学发展的要求。因此，笔者比较了现行版本的《临床输血技术规范））（2000年版）与《医疗机构临床用血管理办法》（2012年版）、《全血及成分血质量要求》（GB18469—2012）及《输血医学常用术语》（WS／T203—2001）等相关文件的差异，就现行《临床输血技术规范》（2000年版）存在的问题及改进的必要性进行综述。 Technical Specification for Clinical Blood Transfusion was enacted in 2000, which has been implemented for 15 years. During this period, not only the Medical Blood for Clinical Management Approach （Trial）（1999 edition） was abolished in 2012, but also the semantic expression of this technical specification is incomplete and inconsistent with other relevant documents. So, this specification is not adapt to the current requirement of development in blood transfusion medicine. Now, we compare the differences between this technical specification and other relevant documents including Management Approach of Clinical Blood in Medical Institutions （2012 edition）, Quality Requirements of Whole Blood and Component Blood （GB 18469-2012）, Glossary of Transfusion Medicine （WS/T 203-2001）. Then the problems of current Technical Specification for Clinical Blood Transfusion （2000 edition） and the necessity of improved this specification are reviewed.
