茶多酚对大鼠卵巢卵泡发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨茶多酚对大鼠卵巢卵泡发育及闭锁的影响。方法:茶多酚(100 mg·kg-1·d-1)灌胃大鼠(3、10月龄)4周后处死,取双侧卵巢;苏木精-伊红染色观察不同发育阶段卵泡比例;对10月龄大鼠阴道涂片,连续6周观察其动情周期变化。结果:在3月龄大鼠,灌胃组卵巢中原始卵泡百分比(19.4%)、存活卵泡数量(112.4±9.2)均比对照组(6.4%、61.5±10.1)(P<0.05)高。在10月龄大鼠,灌胃组闭锁卵泡百分比((60.4±3.1)%)低于对照组((75.9±1.4)%)(P<0.01),而原始卵泡百分比(8.1%)高于对照组(1.2%)(P<0.05),且维持规则的动情周期。结论:茶多酚能通过抑制原始卵泡的发育启动,延长卵泡生长周期,减少每个动情周期中发育成优势卵泡数量从而增加卵母细胞储备量、抑制卵泡闭锁及推迟围绝经期来临。
