摘要
期刊是高校图书馆重要的馆藏文献,为教师和学生提供了一个非常好的获取前沿信息及知识的平台。实现期刊文献的科学管理,需做好期刊的分类编目以及征订工作,并有效地开发利用人力资源,建立学科馆员制度。介绍了高校图书馆期刊文献资源开发和利用的现状,分析了期刊文献资源开发和利用中存在的问题,探讨了提高高校图书馆期刊文献开发与利用的对策。
The journal, which is an important collection of university library, provides a very good platform of obtaining the frontier information and knowledge for teachers and students. In order to realize the scientific management of journal literature, the classifying, cataloging and subscribing works of journals need to be done well, the human resources should be effectively developed and utilized, and the subject librarian system should be established. This paper introduces the current status of the development and utilization of the journal literature resources in university library, analyzes the problems existing in the development and utilization of the journal literature resources, and probes into the countermeasures for promoting the development and utilization of the journal literature resources of university library.
