摘要
建立流动注射分析水中挥发酚的方法。实验结果表明,该方法线性范围为0~200μg/L,线性相关系数r为0.999 9;检出限为0.14μg/L;实际水样的加标回收率为93%~102%,精密度和准确度好。本方法与国标法(HJ 503-2009)进行对比,测定结果无明显差异,同时具有分析速度快、灵敏度高、重现性好、自动化程度高、过程安全可靠等优点,可用于水中挥发酚的定量分析。
The method for determination of volatile phenol in water by flow injection analysis was established. The liner range was 0 ~200 μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 and the detection limit was 0.14 μg/L. The recovery range was 93%~102%.The method has good precision and accuracy, consist with GB standard(HJ 503-2009), rapid, sensitive, safe with good accuracy and a high degree of automation, and can be suit to the determination of volatile phenol in water.
