摘要
                
                    研究了以还原沉淀法用海绵铜浸出液制备氯化亚铜,考察了反应时间、温度、NaCl加入量、溶液pH等对氯化亚铜沉淀率的影响,对所得沉淀产物分别进行XRD分析和EDS能谱成分分析。结果表明:溶液pH对氯化亚铜还原率影响最大;在pH=2.0、温度80℃、反应时间1.0h、NaCl加入量为理论量的1.2倍最佳条件下,铜沉淀率达96.4%,沉淀产物为纯度较高的氯化亚铜。
                
                Using the leaching liquid of sponge copper to prepare cuprous chloride by precipitation and reduction method was researched.The effects of reation time,temperature,NaCl amount,solution pH on precipitation rate were examined.The sediment was analyzed by XRD and EDS.The results show that the solution pH has obvious influence on precipitation rate of cuprous chloride.Under the optimal conditions of pH of 2.0,temperature of 80 ℃,reaction time of 1 h,NaCl amount of 1.2times theoretical amount,precipitation rate of cuprous chloride is 96.4%,the sediment is high-purity cuprous chloride.
