摘要
介绍了抽水蓄能机组机端断路器(generator circuit-breaker,GCB)的寿命评估方法,提出以开断电流对GCB进行电气寿命的评估。结合广州蓄能水电厂GCB运维实例,分析开断电流过大的原因,提出通过优化停机流程可有效减小开断电流,并给出具体的优化方法。对停机流程优化进行经济分析,计算得出优化后广州蓄能水电厂每年可节省维护成本130万元,经济效益可观。
This paper introduces evaluation method for life of generator circuit breaker(GCB)of pumped storage unit and proposes to make an evaluation on electrical life of GCB by breaking current.Combining practical example of GCB operation and maintenance in Guangzhou pumped storage power station,reason for large breaking current was analyzed,meanwhile,it was proposedto effectively reduce breaking current by means of optimizing unit shutdown process and specific optimization method was provided.Economic analysis was made on optimization on unit shutdown process and yearly saving cost after optimization was worked out as 1.3 million yuan in Guangzhou pumped storage power station which was considerable in economic benefit.
