摘要
在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,众筹作为企业的一个融资渠道逐步兴起。本文从劳动关系的构成要件入手,分析众筹涉及的各方主体是否构成劳动关系,并对众筹模式下劳动关系运行进行探讨。
This paper focused on the internationalized talents training and development methods of Samsung, one of most famous corporations in Fortune Global 500, by the method of case study. We eraphatically discussed the principal of to Internationalize Samsung Talents as well as to Make International Talents Assimilate into Samsung and its three guarantee mechanisms consisting of finance, organization and culture. Further, the/mplementation of policies are discussed in detail to inspire Chinese corporations facing issue of internationalization to develop into super first-rate international enterprises.
