摘要
目的:观察中西医结合护理配合二陈二黄汤治疗湿性老年黄斑变性的临床疗效。方法:20例(21眼)湿性老年黄斑变性患者于术前、术后给予相应的护理方法,围手术期口服二陈二黄汤。结果:16眼视力提高,占76.2%,3眼视力稳定,占14.3%,2眼视力下降,占9.5%;黄斑区视网膜厚度和CNV复合体厚度治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CNV荧光渗漏3眼完全消失,占14.3%,6眼大部分消失,占28.6%,10眼部分消失,占47.6%,2眼未消失,占9.5%。结论:中西医结合护理配合二陈二黄汤治疗湿性老年黄斑变性疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of nursing of integrative Chinese and western medicine combined with Erchen Erhuang Decoction on age-related macular degeneration（ AMD）. Methods： 20 cases（ 21 eyes） with AMD were given corresponding nursing before and after the operation and given Erchen Erhuang Decoction in the perioperative period. Results： 16 eyes got vision improvement,accounting for 76. 2%; 3 eyes kept stable,accounting for 14. 3%; 2 eyes got vision decline,accounting for 9. 5%.The difference in macular retinal thickness and the CNV thickness between before treatment and after treatment had no statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. CNV fluorescein leakage completely disappeared in 3 eyes,accounting for 14. 3%,mostly disappeared in6 eyes,accounting for 28. 6%,partly disappeared in 10 eyes,accounting for 47. 6% and with no disappearance in 2 eyes,accounting for 9. 5%. Conclusion： Nursing of integrative Chinese and western medicine combined with Erchen Erhuang Decoction has remarkable effects on AMD.
