摘要
临床教学是医学生培养过程中的关键阶段。如何在提高七年制医学生临床实践能力的同时,增强其心理素质和医患沟通能力,培养综合型医学人才,是首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院近年来探索的主要问题。本文主要从提高临床实践能力、加强抗压能力、增强医患沟通能力三方面探讨笔者在临床教学管理中的体会。
Clinical teaching is a crucial stage during medical student training. How to improve clinical medicine of seven-years-program students＇ clinical skills while enhancing their psychological and doctor-patient communication skills, develop comprehensive medical personnel, is a major problem in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University in recent years to explore. This paper mainly talks about the management of clinical teaching experience in improving students＇ clinical practice, strengthening their anti-pressure ability and enhancing the doctor-patient communication skill.
