摘要
对22个桦纤孔菌(Inonotus obliquus)菌株的菌丝显微结构、栽培特性进行比较。结果表明:供试菌株中,JL01、CX02、MAFF420101菌丝直径较大,且三者间差异不显著。菌株MAFF420198菌丝直径最小(2.1μm);菌株FH、JL01、HE、CX02、JL03、MAFF420102菌丝干重均在200 mg/20 mL以上,对其中4个来自不同国家的FH、JL01、HE、MAFF420102菌株进行菌核栽培试验,结果表明,菌株FH菌核干重每袋达25.8 g,生物学效率达26.1%。
Hyphal features and selected cultivation characteristics of 22 Inonotus obliquus were compared. Hyphal diameters ranged from - 4. 2 tim (strains JL01, CX02 and MAFF420101 ) to 2. 1 μm (strain MAFF420198), while highest mycelial biomass values (≥200 mg/20 mL) were recorded with strains FH, JL01, HE, CX02, JL03 and MAFF420102. Four strains originating from different countries (FH, JL01, HE, MAFF420102) were selectcd for sclerotium cultivation experiments; of these, the highest yield (25.8 g dry wt/bag) and biological efficiency value (26.1%) were recorded with FH.
